INTERVIEW FORMAT

*Interviews for the 2023-24 academic year will be conducted virtually.  Please see below for the interview process for each program.

Adult Outpatient Psychiatry (AOP) 

In order for you to learn more about the AOP program and meet our staff, the interview process will take approximately 1.5 hours.  During this time, you will interview with our AOP Practicum Instructors.  You will have approximately four 20-minute interviews with these staff members.

All interviews will be arranged via a Doodle schedule once you have submitted your student resume at harboruclasocialwork@gmail.com .  You can interview for one or two of our programs. When you send your resume, please indicate the program(s) you wish to interview for.  Once we receive the resume, a link to a Doodle calendar will be emailed to you where you can select an interview date and time.

Child and Adolescent Outpatient Program (CAP) – We will not be taking interns in 2023-24 in CAP

The student will meet with the practicum instructors for a 30-minute individual virtual interview.  All interviews will be arranged via a Doodle schedule once the student has submitted the student resume at harboruclasocialwork@gmail.com

Dual Diagnosis Program – We will not be taking interns in 2023-24 in Dual

All virtual interviews will be arranged via a Doodle schedule once the student has submitted the student resume at harboruclasocialwork@gmail.com The student will have an opportunity to meet the rest of the dual diagnosis team after interviewing with the practicum instructor.  You can interview for one or two of our programs. When you send your resume, please indicate the program(s) you wish to interview for.

Field Services Program (FSP)

The student will meet with the practicum instructors for a 30-minute individual virtual interview.  All interviews will be arranged via a Doodle schedule once the student has submitted the student resume at harboruclasocialwork@gmail.com.

Behavioral Medicine Outpatient Program – We will not be taking interns in 2023-24 in B-Med

The student will meet with the practicum instructors for a 30 minute individual virtual interview.  All interviews will be arranged via a Doodle schedule once the student has submitted the student resume at harboruclasocialwork@gmail.com

Inpatient Psychiatric Services – They are planning to take one 1st year student in 2023-24, but if you are a 2nd year and are interested in our inpatient program, please let us know on our email.  

The student will meet with the practicum instructors for a 30-minute virtual interview.  Please email your student resume to harboruclasocialwork@gmail.com in order to be contacted with interview times. This program may not use the Doodle schedule.  Please let us know of your interest.
